Deco in design, this late-night hang features a wide-open
black-and-white checked floor and moody blue lighting. Locals looking
to casually sip cocktails head here early, but one of Lincoln Park's
latest last calls ultimately brings in an already-stoked, singles-bent
crowd looking to kick it up a notch. An upstairs space launched in
mid-2003 and open on weekends has more of a lounge feel, with rooms
full of curved-back couches.
Note: Although nobody is ever upstairs they make you wait very long to get upstairs in hopes that the bar will look more crowded downstairs. Please don't do anything dumb like bottle service just to get upstairs, it is not worth it! There is also a cover charge usually of $5
Hours:9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday; 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Saturday. Closed Christmas, New Year's Day.
